This blend is an absolute must-have. Flu season is upon us and you need to protect yourself against germs as much as you possibly can. I put protective blend as an immunity booster neat under my feet every single morning. I have not been sick ever since. Not even a cold. I also use this blend to make a hand sanitizing spray that I have with me at all times, and I diffuse this throughout the day to boost my immunity and keep me healthy. It doesn’t hurt that it makes your house totally smell like fall!
Fall means pumpkin and spice and everything nice! Halloween is coming up, as well as Thanksgiving and other holidays, which means you tend to eat a bit differently than you normally do. So keep your tummy tamer handy for when your stomach disagrees with your choices! Rub our digestive blend over your stomach when it’s upset or you feel bloated and relief will be on its way.
In the fall I always feel the need to clean out the house, get rid of things I no longer need and get ready for holiday decorations. That means I usually clean thoroughly! I use lemon essential oil to make a spray bottle that functions as a non-toxic surface cleaner and I literally clean everything with it. Take a 16 oz glass spray bottle. Fill it with water. Add 20-30 drops of lemon essential oil and clean away!
With the colder weather coming, our skin gets dry and often cracks. Frankincense is your go-to for that. I use the pre-diluted touch roller bottle (blended with fractionated coconut oil and ready for topical application) on my face every morning and evening and I will put it on any dry parts of my skin daily. For cracked skin on the hands, I add 2 drops of Frankincense in my hand lotion and massage it in.
For many people fall means stress. The kids go back to school, holidays are coming up, and often we simply feel stressed out because the days get darker and the weather changes. It’s a time of year we all get busy preparing for the biggest holiday of the year. We often get so busy we forget to relax. That’s where Lavender comes into play. Put 5 drops in your diffuser, grab a cup of coffee, sit, and relax. Apply to your wrists or in your neck and pulse points to stay relaxed throughout the day. Need sleep? Apply 3 drops under your feet before bedtime!
Who doesn’t love the scent of fall? Are you ready for fall but the sun is still out too much and the leaves are not coming down yet? Put 5 drops of cinnamon in your diffuser and the house will smell like the holidays. Put a drop in your coffee or tea to get that fall taste and boost your immunity and metabolism while you’re at it. This oil blends really well with Orange essential oil as well.
SPIDERS! YIKES! I don’t do spiders and if I see one the first thing I do is grab my Peppermint spray! Spiders hate peppermint so I often spray it around my doors inside and out so they don’t even dare to come in. 16 oz glass bottle. fill with water and add 40 drops of peppermint oil. Spider -be-gone spray!
Fall can be a time of allergies, especially ragweeds. Our Respiratory Blend (and capsules!) will help you get through it.
