Self-Care, what does that really look like?
Self-care. So many people think it is a luxury. It is not. It’s a necessity and should be a priority. I always tell my kids: “You need to take care of you because if you don’t do it, no one else will do it for you”. Self-care is often associated with luxuries such as vacations or shopping sprees while in fact, there are many ways we can and should care for ourselves that has nothing to do with any sort of luxury.
April is the month of self-care
At least for us, it is. It is the topic we are going to discuss in our Facebook community. We will cover subjects such as stress, self-care for the body, mind, and soul as well as ways to fit self-care into your busy life. Don’t be hesitant to join, we’re just a fun group of people talking about things we all deal with in everyday life.
