DIY After Sun Spray
My daughter and I are both beach lovers. We both have reddish hair, tribes of freckles and fair skin, not a good combination to be a beach bum! On several occasions, we have spent too much time hanging on the beach in the sun and got sunburned. You know how it is, you’re excited you almost have some sort of a tan, but at night when you lay in bed and are hurting, you sorely regret your decision to stay in the sun for those extra few moments. This easy and simple DIY soothing after sun spray made with essential oils helps a great deal to relieve discomfort and pain after being in the sun for too long. We use it all summer long and it is very soothing and helps relieve the effects of sunburn.
Please be safe during your fun in the sun and make sure you always protect yourself properly!
